Motorola is empowering consumers and enterprises to go beyond the limits of the traditional smartphone, unleashing the power of the mobile device to amplify software experiences. We are looking for a skilled Software and Services Analyst to work on the requirements analysis and support of internet services with the target of bringing more value to our monetized B2B solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technical requirements of our enterprise customers are implemented in our products.Understand the voice of the customer, analyze needs, evaluate technical feasibility, guide discussions, perform tests, and suggest solutions.Support customers, sales, and business teams in meetings, training, tests, and technical documentation.Act as the product evangelist and expert demo'er.Stay updated about technology trends in the mobile B2B market such as Android Enterprise, EMMs, mobile security, and others.Basic Qualifications: Past experience with software and services in mobile industries.Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or correlated areas.Highly effective communication skills.Ability to build technical documentation.Clear and objective communication.Self-driven / self-starter.Demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and self-directed.Advanced English.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Android Enterprise and various EMM solutions.Experience with B2B services working on different subscription models.Additional Locations: Brazil - São Paulo - Jaguariúna, Brazil - São Paulo - JAGUARIUNA.
