Key job responsibilities
Manage Products CX and customer journey, map and develop product improvement, benchmark globally within and outside Amazon for new programs that provides differential customer experience and draw their go-to-market strategy, control current products roadmap and priorities, connect with technical team for mockups, features, constrains and build business cases align with Tax and accounting.
Support other programs in projects in house and work as Product Management Bar raiser for the team.
