Product Manager (Crypto Exchanger)

Job Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the crypto exchange platform;Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Brazilian crypto and fintech market;Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs;Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on market demand and strategic objectives;Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create user-friendly and scalable solutions;Write clear and comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs);Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success;Analyze user data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement;Understand customer needs and pain points through direct interaction and data analysis;Define, measure, analyze user feedback, product growth, and business outcomes;Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry;Proven track record of managing successful product launches in the Brazilian market;Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and fintech products, passion for decentralized finance and the Consensys mission;Familiarity with processes (e.g.
Agile, Scrum), and tools (e.g.
Asana, JIRA, Notion, Figma);Experience with website development and optimization;Familiarity with agile development methodologies;In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian financial and regulatory environment;Understanding of local consumer behavior and market dynamics in Brazil;Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;Proficiency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).Why Us?
