Product Manager (Crypto Exchanger)

Job Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the crypto exchange platform;
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Brazilian crypto and fintech market;
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs;
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on market demand and strategic objectives;
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create user-friendly and scalable solutions;
Write clear and comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs);
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success;
Analyze user data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement;
Understand customer needs and pain points through direct interaction and data analysis;
Define, measure, analyze user feedback, product growth, and business outcomes;
Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry;
Proven track record of managing successful product launches in the Brazilian market;
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and fintech products, passion for decentralized finance and the Consensys mission;
Familiarity with processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum), and tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA, Notion, Figma);
Experience with website development and optimization;
Familiarity with agile development methodologies;
In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian financial and regulatory environment;
Understanding of local consumer behavior and market dynamics in Brazil;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Proficiency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
