What unites them is passion.What will you do?Understand our customer's TPCRM processes, tooling, and needs deeply by interacting with them directly and indirectly through our support and customer success teams;Study the competitive landscape and trends in the TPCRM and related markets, including differentiators, pricing models, and positioning;Develop and maintain the Product Roadmap and Product Requirements Documents to ensure our strategic goals are properly supported by a mature product;Partner with the UX team to ensure the usability of features matches the expectations of our customers;Partner with the Engineering team to ensure understanding and validate the implementation of the roadmap items to specifications and promptly;Partner with the Marketing team to ensure Product Marketing initiatives and collateral;Partner with the Sales team to ensure the go-to-market strategy and alignment of sales pitches with the product vision and capabilities;Provide regular status updates on the above activities to the company leadership.What do you need to know?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Previous background in project, product management, or agile methodology management;A strong knowledge and background in the information security market (TPCRM, risk management, vulnerability management, or cloud security)Experience in organizing complex requirements or tasks;Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, to support the interactions with internal and external stakeholders and the development of written materials;A fondness for solving complex problems, and working hard.Great if you have:Expertise in financial services, healthcare security, and privacy legislation and standards;Spanish knowledge;What will you find?We are confident that you will have the opportunity to work with bleeding-edge technologies in a nice environment where everyone strives to grow and learn.We invest in our people in many ways, including on-the-job training and exceptional development tools.
