So join us!Main responsibilitiesRole Overview:As a Product Manager specializing in Precision Planting, Seeding, and Soil Preparation Technology, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of agricultural solutions.
This position requires a forward-thinking mindset and a strong ability to translate market insights into innovative product strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Analyze market trends, prioritize and structure market requirements, and develop comprehensive product development strategies to meet future demands.Design and implement innovative, smart solutions tailored to enhance product performance and address customer challenges.Oversee the management and strategic positioning of your product within the broader portfolio, ensuring consistency with organizational objectives and long-term business strategies.Serve as the central point of contact for the assigned product groups, both internally and externally, fostering close collaboration to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the entire product lifecycle.Calculate and monitor costs of new products and components during the development process.Requirements and skillsQualifications:A degree in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Equivalent qualifications or relevant professional experience are also welcome.Practical agricultural experience and a technical understanding of precision planting or related technologies, complemented by a passion for agriculture, are mandatory.Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and regions.
