Job Summary : Position Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the development of our products from conception to launch.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Working with respect to the US timezone is a requirement for the position.
Attending meetings, being actively involved in the decision making process and collaborating with all of these stakeholders are essential parts of this position.
Responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and market demands.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Roadmap Planning: Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
Requirements Definition: Gather and define detailed product requirements, working closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch performance monitoring and optimization.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and feedback are central to the product development process.
Metrics and KPIs: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related role in a technology or software company.
Skills: Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
