**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring effective execution and alignment with organizational business objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all project members.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project, proposing alternative solutions to ensure goal achievement.
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Use engineering knowledge to support technical decisions and ensure proposed solutions meet technical and quality requirements.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within industrial environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).
- Basic understanding of data analysis and related tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
