This role involves organizing input from stakeholders, analyzing market trends, developing strategic product roadmaps, and providing leadership in Agile development. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, supporting sales, guiding product vision, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure products exceed market expectations and align with customer needs.Responsibilities:Market & Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the market, technology, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Lead strategic roadmap creation, updates, and product differentiation.Product Ownership: Lead cross-functional development teams as Product Owner, collaborating with engineering to set project scopes, prioritize features, and establish acceptance criteria within an Agile framework.Customer Engagement: Conduct site visits to ensure products meet customer expectations, gather development requests, and support product demonstrations to aid sales efforts.Support & Training: Assist in training, proposal development, and sales support. Ensure comprehensive product knowledge and tools are available to support closing business.Issue Resolution: Investigate customer-reported issues, escalating as needed for resolution, and maintain an updated proposal library.Documentation & Content: Collaborate on marketing content, ensuring alignment with product vision, and review product content regularly.Experience:4+ years in Engineering or Product Management, with experience launching and maintaining technical products preferred.Public transit industry experience is a plus.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.Goals:Build trust and respect with internal stakeholders and strategic customers.Master industry knowledge, focusing on transit maintenance and operations.Update proposal library content and manage third-party relationships.Deliver software to meet or exceed milestone payments.Contribute directly to business development and drive product visionSkills:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Bilingual in English required.
