I am looking for a Product Manager to join the Payments team of a leading GameTech company, one of the fastest-growing in the world.The role requires working 1 day per week from the office and is permanent.The candidate needs to be fluent in English.About the roleAs a Product Manager for Payments (being part of the Account & Payments vertical), your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and manage the payment features that enhance the player experience and drive engagement. You will work closely with internal and external teams to create and optimize the overall offering that attracts and retains customers while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Product Manager, Payments reports to the Head of Product, Payments.As a Product Manager, Payments, you will:Develop a strategic vision for the Payments product offering in the assigned markets, setting clear goals and objectives.Along with the Head of Product and the rest of the Product Managers, create and manage a product roadmap that aligns with the company's business goals and customer needs.Lead the conceptualization and development of new payment features, considering the needs and preferences of the target audience.Conduct market research in both the gaming and fintech industries to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer/player behavior.Use data-driven insights to optimize the payments offering towards maximizing customer satisfaction.Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the payments product offering and resolve issues.Use customer insights to inform product decisions.Establish & monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the payments offering; make data-driven adjustments as necessary.Stay informed about gambling regulations related to payments to ensure compliance with market requirements.Communicate the product's strategy, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.Prioritize, align, and enable the team to deliver high quality in a timely manner.Remove impediments that prevent teams from reaching their goals.Foster a culture of continuous employee growth, thus guaranteeing high retention and engagement.Be responsible for staffing the team by prioritizing needs, identifying potential risks, and being actively involved in the hiring process.Provide operational direction for information systems and technology.What you'll bringOur ideal future co-worker is a strong team player, promotes transparency and cooperation with an agile mindset, and has a strong sense of ownership.
