ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Shopping Experience for FastStore, our latest technology to build and evolve blazingly-fast storefronts with high conversion rates, rapid time-to-market and low total cost of ownership over time. This role will focus on understanding how to optimize the Discovery and Navigation UX to provide the best experience for shoppers and increase the conversion rates of merchants. It will also focus on the FastStore evolution and expansion in addition to making sure we are prioritizing the right features to the right customers and partners. The successful candidate will interact with many internal and external stakeholders to assure the roadmaps of the products that compose the FastStore solution are aligned between them and with the needs of our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Define the VTEX vision for the optimal Discovery & Navigation Experience and evolve the FastStore product vision for the following years accordingly, spreading it within the company, our customers and partners. Manage the product roadmap and develop a data-driven framework for feature prioritization to increase product adoption, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates. Coordinate deliveries with the team (engineers and designers) according to the roadmap and the Voice of the Customer program. Design a scalable collaboration process with customers and other VTEX teams that enable them to implement product evolutions in a sustainable way. Collaborate with training and certification programs for our product specialists, sales teams, customers and partners. Stay in touch with key customers and partners to get feedback about the product and capture needs. Sync with other VTEX teams related to FastStore and influence their roadmap to deliver a cohesive solution. Pitch FastStore to technical audiences and discuss the product in detail with them. You have proven experience with ecommerce and storefront implementation. You have experience with front-end development tools and processes. You have a track record building digital products. You energize yourself by navigating a fast-paced environment. You can effectively communicate in English and Portuguese with excellent writing skills. Plus: you were part of an implementation project with a merchant using VTEX.
