As a PM your responsibilities will include:- Being responsible for understanding customers super-well (this means, you have to do customer support a few hours per week to stay in touch with customers, and meet w/ customers regularly)- Monitoring our feedback forum, and making bets on which feature to build, as well as which to improve and which to sunset/remove- Deciding what to build, projecting what the company will gain from it, and measuring if the impact was reached- Announcing new features/improvements to customers- Conducting meetings w/ the development team to align everyone on what we're working on.
