Position Overview:The product manager will work on a project to develop and grow a solution designed to fit hosting companies' needs and contains all the necessary features to start a Hosting or Web Agency business.
This is a remote position for candidates in South America, Mexico, and Canada.
Must be able to work in Central Standard Time (CST).
Responsibilities: Track market trends from a web hosting technology perspective and keep the product up to date.
Conduct deep technical interviews to understand customers' scenarios.
Contribute to the RoadMap together with other PMs and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver it.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to define GTM and promote the solution to new customers.
Conduct market research, product metrics analysis, customer research, and build a strategy for product growth.
Define and analyze the key product metrics to validate growth progress.
Qualifications: Fluent in EnglishProven experience in the same roleAbility for self-organization, excellent listening, and teamwork skillsCritical and analytical mindsetCapability to lead difficult discussions with different stakeholdersTechnical background (ideally in the Web hosting domain)Knowledge of web hosting or related technology domain with B2B or B2B2C modelCritical Mindset and Well-Structured Mindset: A capability to look for information, analyze assorted information, make conclusions, and produce actionable decisions.
It is very important to have structured information not only said but also written in the documentation portal.
Self-Organization and Teamwork: It's critical to be self-organized to get all required input, talk to necessary people, and autonomously collaborate with them.
Establish good informal relationships for efficient work.
Listening: An important part of the PM's role is listening to and understanding their audience's problems and doubts.
By understanding their concerns, tailored content can be adapted to answer their questions, and the concerns should be reasonably addressed in the product RoadMap.
Product Management Hard Skills & Experience: Capability to do market research, product metrics analysis, customer research, and build a strategy to grow a product.
Definition and analysis of key product metrics to validate growth.
Knowledge of web hosting or related technology domain with B2B or B2B2C model.
3+ years of experience in Product Management.
