Mission: As a Product Manager for Instant Payments, you will be at the forefront of our strategy to support the shift to Instant Payment.
You will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our Instant Payment solutions, ensuring they meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Fime provides technology products and services to test and certify different components of the payment ecosystem, manage testing and certification processes and advise our customers on new payment launches.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining this portfolio of products and services for Instant Payments.
ACTIVITIES Develop and execute the product roadmap for Instant Payment solutions, aligning with the Fime strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Consulting, Marketing, and Sales, to deliver products / services that align with customer needs and market trends.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new services, features and improvements.
Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure product / service success and inform future strategies.
Work closely with engineering teams in an agile environment to prioritize backlogs and sprint planning.
Work closely with consulting teams to position Fime as a thought leader on Instant Payment.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the offer.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to Instant Payments.
Drive product innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
JOB EXPERIENCE Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, MBA, Computer Science, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years' experience as a Product Manager in the payments industry, with focus on Instant Payment.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Solid understanding of different instant payment ecosystems around the world and a strong understanding of ISO20022 standards as well as API Testing Strong understanding of payment ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
