**You are responsible for**
- Develop and maintain a needs-based customer segmentation for EMR solution across the specific market (supported by Market Intelligence) and across the various releases
- Customer and Market Insights: Analyze the sales target market, competition, and trends on enterprise level across segment technologies to ensure the portfolio is leading the market's needs and expectations
- Lead and drive the prioritization of localization requirements to meet current and prospective customer needs, including services
- Participate with R&D and service team in the gathering and definition of country/market requirements (e.g.
initial localization process, localization process for new segment e.g.
university, and continuous improvement): write (high-level) user requirements and support R&D in their definition of detailed product requirements
- Develop business cases for EMR local requirements for consideration in the global portfolio management process, in sync with our or other EMR/EHR/HIS systems
- Coordinate the ongoing market monitoring of legislative changes* affecting EMR product; transfer the associated user/business requirements to R&D and participate in validation; and inform Market and customers of updates
- Work with Market Sales, Services and Operations to develop integrated localized offerings that meet the needs of priority customer segments.
Investigate if needed 3rd party solutions and advise on partnership agreements to Market leadership/ business development
- Support the go-to-market strategy for our EMR offering in the market in sync with our EMR Business strategy
- Support Sales and Field Marketing to enable the market sales teams (e.g.
conduct Account Manager training presentations ahead of new product launch)
- Support customer executive presentations, coordinated as part of sales campaigns with priority customers (beta-sites, Early Adopter sites, reference sites)
- Develop and maintain the country specific Product Specifications document/brochure

The Electronic Medical Record category under the EMR & Care Management business.
This business category delivers a wide set of EMR related software solutions.
A few examples of solutions are (non-exhaustive): Patient Administration, Scheduling, CPOE, RCM, RIS, LIS, ERP, Acute Care & Anesthesia, Pharmacy, Portal etc.
to support the different healthcare enterprises globally, such as IDN's/hospitals, primary care, specialized clinics, health insurance companies, and patients' homes.
As a member of the business category team, you will work very closely together with other disciplines to deliver innovative software solutions to our customers.
This specific role will shape and define the strategic roadmap for the global portfolio across the EMR category with dedicated focus on several priority propositions.
**To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field;
- Fluent English - you'll interact with international stakeholders
- Travel availability
- Significant experience with HealthTech
- Experience marketing, product development, software implementation or related field
- Familiarity with software product development, including communicating and prioritizing user requirements
- Able to switch between higher-level strategic discussions and hands-on work (e.g.
documentation)
