Product Manager Media

1) Be responsible for supporting sales cycle in establishing video products (video platform solution and Set-top Box, etc.) marketing strategies and solutions for Operators and Channels in Brazil market. 2) Video Products (OTT platform, CDN, Set Top Box, etc) marketing strategy defining, considering 3) Conduct market research and customer surveys on ZTE Video platform, CDN and STB products and solutions 4) Perform Video products workshop or seminar for Brazil Pay-TV operators or big event Ensure ZTE Video products and solutions complies with RFx specifications and technical discussion with customer 5) Competitor's technology analysis and product bench-marking Identify key customer requirements, and communicate them to ZTE Product Management and R&D teams to make sure these requirements are taking into account for future planning. 6) Technical pre-sales support to sales management including product design, proposal drafting, 3rd party liason and testing support, etc. 7) Yearly KPI for regional market activities andproject achievements. 1) Graduate in the field of Telecommunication Engineering. 2) Strong GPON, Pay-TV and telecom technical background, mainly focus on Video ,STB and GPON technologies. 3) Be able to make technical and marketing presentations and have good communication skills. Telecom Engineer with at least 4 years experienced in the telecommunications and Pay-TV industry. 4) Rich experience of Video products RFx bidding, project delivery and product launch. 5) Excellent knowledge and understanding of the related Pay-TV Operators accounts. 6) Good project management skills, proven track record of business development and account management within large organizations 7) Business travel inside Brazil different cities when necessary. 8) Profile Personal skills and Qualities required:
