- Develop a unified vision for Payments and Commerce Capabilities, driving Platform led product growth to impact the Payments P&L at Uber in a positive way
- Internalize and deeply understand Uber's mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of your specific team
- Understand the needs of our users, potential users as well as various lines of business to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area
- Define metrics for the success of such platform features, and drive towards the achievement of those metrics including (but not limited to) revenue contribution and cost savings
- Ensure that we are scaling optimally and efficiently in an agile manner, benefiting Uber's B2C and B2B LOBs
- Be the liaison between Uber's Commerce Ops Regional leads and product/eng teams to launch capabilities directly impacting Payments KPIs
- Work cross functionally with Design, Engineering, Ops to implement new platform features, drive to execution, and launch
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 2+ years experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - you're proud of what you've accomplished.
- Proven business sense - you can see how impacting one lever in a complex system affects many others
- Proven passion for building platforms and products at scale, and working in a highly collaborative environment
- Not afraid to dive into metrics and data whether it's to diagnose a problem, evaluate a solution or propose a new critical metric
- A never-ending desire to grow and learn
- Ability to effectively manage multiple partner needs and effectively prioritize and support multiple teams
- Great presentation and business communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 3+ years experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - you're proud of what you've accomplished.
- Deep expertise in payments and/or e-commerce services product management preferred
- Proven passion for building platforms and products at scale
