You will be responsible for developing products for the Digital Agriculture market.
Our customers range from the biggest food and input companies (B2B) of the world to various sizes of farmers and cooperatives that produce your daily food (B2F).
You will work in a multidisciplinary team that includes back-end, mobile, and front-end engineers, data scientists (mainly agronomists and meteorologists), and UX/UI designers.
Our team is small, so you will work with small teams and report directly to the Head of Product.
Responsibilities:
Prioritize the problems and feedback of our customers and employees, so that we always have a product in line with market demands.
Analyze data and interact with customers to map opportunities.
Coordinate teams using agile methodologies, breaking large products into small and frequent releases.
Plan delivery dates and report deliveries frequently.
Manage bugs and allocate them efficiently on the team's pipeline.
Analyze market data, customer feedback, and product analytics to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
As a Product Manager, you will need:
Proven experience as a Product Manager (+3 years) in other technology/internet companies.
A plus will be if you have already worked with companies that have algorithms, models, and analytics products.
Solid foundation in data, with experience in analysis, understanding the bases for acting on the product vision.
Knowledge in user research (product discovery), UX/UI, prototypes, and the ability to transform all of these inputs into features.
Technical knowledge about how microservice applications work, algorithms, and so on.
Knowledge in product analytics tools such as Amplitude.
Good communication skills to engage a multidisciplinary team and interact with stakeholders.
English language skills are essential as you will communicate with non-Portuguese speaking team members and suppliers/partners.
You stand out if you have (Plus):
Experience in startups or digital products in the agricultural and/or data sector.
A certification of completion of a product management course (Tera, Awari, PM3, etc.).
Knowledge in SQL and data analysis tools.
Experience with products involving algorithms, big data, and analytics.
Fluent Spanish.
