Product Manager, Shop & Swile+Swile is seeking a Product Manager to drive our Marketplace Products.
In this role, you will develop and execute the product strategy for our customers and employee marketplace, with a focus on increasing revenue, optimizing margins, and accelerating growth.
You'll be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Key objectives include crafting effective monetization strategies, expanding our partner network, and enhancing user engagement.
You'll work directly with senior leadership to align product initiatives with company goals, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
