**JOB SUMMARY**:
- Responsible for all parts product management and pricing activities within PACCAR Parts Brasil
- Accountable for sales, profit goals for the Division;
- Responsibilities include management of the product offering, product change, suppliers, distribution, inventory, pricing, promotion, supplier funding, personnel and budgets to attain established sales and profit objectives;
- Work in collaboration with others areas to support/achieve success at areas: program communications to dealers and sales force, distribution action plan, promotion and advertising plan;
- Lead assortment growth opportunities from the Brazilian supply base towards other South American markets where PACCAR is active.
**PRIMARY DUTIES**:
- Manages the PACCAR Parts Brasil Product Marketing & Pricing department;
- Develop products, brand, distribution and marketing strategies for PACCAR Parts Brasil to achieve profit growth and asset return objectives;
- Leads cross-functional teams within PACCAR Parts to achieve business objectives;
- Develops and initiates appropriate market specific product offerings, branding, distribution and pricing strategies for the business unit;
- Manage pricing, margins, discounts and part number releases;
- Works with dealers and sales force to identify specific product opportunities and requirements;
- Responsible for all supplier financial contributions to fund the PPB marketing program expenses;
- Plans promotions, dealer direct marketing events, product sales training, cataloging and other program support;
- Coordinate with Market Services: Development and maintenance of all dealer communications for country specific programs;
- Works with Aftermarket Purchasing and suppliers to negotiate cost reductions for country specific product programs.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **Education**_:_** Degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Engineering or Administration.
- **
Experience**: Solid experience in a commercial role such as Purchasing, Marketing or Sales.
Product knowledge and experience in commercial vehicle aftermarket sales and distribution.
Ability to travel 20 - 25%.
