What You Will Be Doing
- Marketing materials for sales enablement
- Product-level competitive research
- Messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Product pricing tiers
- Product positioning
- Cohesive on-brand copy across the website, social and third-party websites narrative
- Third-party competitor research websites positioning is on-brand
- Communication with existing customers for new features rollout
- Ensuring the go-to-market strategy achieves the defined impact
This is a cross-functional role entailing close collaboration and leadership with Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer Success.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Experience owning a product marketing strategy
- Lead relevant campaigns and support CMO with marketing strategy
- Create compelling narratives to drive product usage adoption
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team to drive customer experiences across all marketing touch-points from acquisition to retention
- Constant research with customer success & sales in order to understand our customers
- Be the leading expert on product features & content
- Own market research projects that uncover customer and market insights that influence the product roadmap.
- Translate product capabilities into simple, compelling messages that resonate with customers and build awareness.
- Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs
- Produce reporting and data insights about product usage
- Prepare and present insights from sales calls, customer success & customer interviews for product roadmap
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using data insights to drive internal transformation
- Proven track record of developing and delivering go-to-market plans
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Ability to conceptualise, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - with both technical and non-technical individuals;
- Demonstrated analytical thinking to develop metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Proven successful track record of navigating through ambiguous situations
- Ability to lead and influence and align the team to a common goal
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
- Demonstrated ability for being detail-oriented, self-motivated and driving follow-through
- Must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
