The candidate will be naturally curious, thrive in ambiguity, be willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done, and have the ability to move quickly and use a test-and-learn approach.Due to the size and scope of our business, the Customer Reorder Analyst needs to be able to influence numerous teams and stakeholders. This is a position with ample scope for self-development and space to innovate.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of customer reorder segments and behaviors. Identify customer needs, engagement drivers, and barriers and define strategies to tackle main insights.Own planning, designing, and executing experimentation connected to repeat purchase goals, automate and scale successful experiments, and create a tracking methodology.Partner with PMs and business teams to drive automation.Partner with global teams to identify best practices, processes, and systems/platforms required to deliver desired strategies in BR, eventually supporting their local implementation.Document best practices in execution and reporting that will serve as a model for partner teams.Minimum RequirementsSpeak, write, and read fluently in English.Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.Experience with A/B or multivariate testing.Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results.Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.Knowledge of basic SQL queries.
