Product Owner

Product Owner Requirements: · Bachelor's degree · Minimum 8 years' experience in product development · In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles · Should have strong verbal and written communication skills · Preferably a candidate who worked on Scaled Agile Framework · Prefer to have PROFESSIONAL SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER™ I / Scrum Product Owner certification. · Minimum of 2 years of working experience in azure domain / services. · Strong project-backed experience with Azure DevOps for maintaining backlog and writing detailed user stories/features and epic etc. · Minimum one full-cyle implementation experience in data project with azure services such as ADF / Databricks / ADLS etc · Preferable to have certificate in Azure fundamental AZ-900 · Preferred to have worked on AI / ML and data engineering projects in Azure workspace. Role and Responsibility: · Collaborate with business teams and all stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements. · Break down technical requirements into Epic / Features and write detailed stories, with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria. · Collaborate with the product intake process, manage and prioritize the product backlog. · Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. · Confirm that executed stories comply with Definition of Done requirement. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure successful releases. · Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback. · Work closely with senior leadership to inform product strategy and provide updates on product progress and milestones · Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives · Present sprint achievements to all the stakeholders along with wins and hurdles. · Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements · Overseeing all stages of implementation including design and development · Creating / Arranging demos as n when needed
