RecargaPay is changing the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their everyday payments and access their financial services.Responsibilities:Lead the Fraud squad, defining priorities and directing activities to mitigate risks. Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection strategies.Monitor and analyze fraud indicators, creating actionable reports and insights. Manage chargeback processes, aiming to minimize losses and optimize value recovery.Collaborate with other departments (Technology, Operations, Customer Service) to develop integrated fraud prevention solutions. Conduct data analysis using SQL Server to identify suspicious patterns and opportunities for improvement.Propose and oversee continuous improvement initiatives in fraud prevention processes.
