As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical development team. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about creating products and new features that will propel the business forward and exceed user expectations.
Your main responsibilities will be providing world class payment service to our customers while taking ownership of the cashier roadmap that will advance the business and surplus customer expectations. Product Owner will be vital in driving news features for the customers journeys. You will prioritize and deliver improvements using information on customers, business stakeholders and market conditions.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Be accountable for the cashier functions including back offices and front-end to provide enhanced customer experiences.
- Lead, shape, and drive the execution of our cashier roadmap.
- Prioritise tasks, creating epics, and stories in collaboration with business owners to make sure that work is concentrated on the most valuable ones.
- Ensuring that the product backlog is transparent, visible, and understood as well as communicated clearly and effectively.
- Continually conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Take the lead in agile product development procedures, such as product releases, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Work closely with the development team to translate product requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features.
- Monitor key metrics and stakeholder feedback continuously to improve and optimise product performance by using a data-driven decision-making process.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage live issues and instruct on resolution prioritisation.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in setting up new PSP integrations Payment IQ and managing PaymentIQ configurations
- Experience of leading a Product Management function in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary, agile and/or digital environment.
- Able to translate complex business requirements into clear Epics, Stories and tasks.
- Must be very organised, structured, methodical, and diligent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- A problem solver, multitasker and initiator.
- Strong networking and influencing skills.
- Cares deeply about great products and user experiences.
- A hands-on type of character, yet with a strategic approach.
- Able to perform Competitor analysis and keep up to date with trends within the industry.
- Solid understanding of Routing and fallback rules
- Able to perform error handling and investigations, as well as escalation to 3rd parties
**Advantageous**:
- Experience with different aspects of payment provider integrations: card payment processing, card acquirers, online banking, alternative payment methods
- Previous experience in Gaming, Forex, Crypto.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar product-focused certification
- Experience working with remote teams in multiple time zones
