The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of regulatory products, specifically CADOCS, and will be responsible for leading projects and implementing solutions focused on Bacen. The ideal candidate should have the ability to structure data and deploy large-scale systems, as well as clear and effective communication with various departments.Responsibilities:Coordinate and lead regulatory projects alongside the Squad Lead, ensuring the implementation of solutions according to Bacen's requirements, with a focus on CADOCS and related systems.Develop and implement regulatory products in collaboration with development and data teams, ensuring all solutions meet regulatory requirements and standards.Manage data structuring and analysis, leading the implementation of large-scale systems such as CADOCS and fixed income.
