It includes working with internal and external stakeholders in cross functional teams to execute innovation initiatives in a timely manner, identification, and implementation of solutions to optimize the overall commercialization process and reduce overall timelines.

If you are looking for a technologically advanced, innovative, and challenging work environment in which you will lead, learn, and grow then we would love to speak with you!What you'll do for us·Coordinate commercialization activity of new products, reformulations and other innovation work within the CPS plants including development and tracking of timelines for all projects.
Interacting with R&D and other commercialization groups to optimize formula and kit design.
Identifying the need for modified or new supply models.
Collaborating with CPS, OU and other Business stakeholders to deliver the required results.
·Help drive productivity and standardization by identifying improvement opportunities with our processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of improvement initiatives.·Participate in all plant-based Commercialization Meetings.
Assist as needed to ensure that all action plans are completed on time.·Lead the plant in the configuration design process.
Initiate and follow up on master data creation.·Provide input into P&P's routines with key CPS contacts (i.e.
General Manager, CRM) to share initiatives, provide regular updates and address concerns.
·Support in the timely collection of all the documentation needed from Corporate Groups for the implementation of new products or reformulations.·Maintain and update metrics and project pipeline information.
Support optimization projects identified by the OU, CPS or other entities.·Support and contribute to the investigation of customer complaints and/or issues related to the new products area and implement actions to avoid re-occurrence.·Support MRB activities including run-out planning for reformulations and mitigation activities to reduce financial exposures.·Maintain, review and update Quality System documentation.
In the absence of a P&P Lead, represent the Team in both internal and external system audits.·Comply with the guidelines of Food Safety, Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety), KORE Corporate Standards and any other applicable legal requirements, established or subscribed by the Company, related to your job, complying with the policies, internal plans and procedures that ensure the proper implementation and continuous improvement of the company.Requirements & Qualifications:·Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Commerce, Administration or related careers·3 years+ of experience in Supply Chain and Business Knowledge·Functional Competencies: Project Management, Product Commercialization.
