Product Scrum Master - India (Replacement)

**Location**: Bangalore, India

**Must Have**:

- Fluent English;
- Experience working in global projects;
- Experience in project management and delivering projects to the Operation Team;
- Experience in processes management;
- ERP experience (Preferrably SAP) / ERP Rollout cycle.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in SAP Projects;
- Experience in infrastructure projects and SAP - S4;
- Kanban.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Collaborates with the customer, and act as the voice of the customer on the scrum team;
- Creating stories, guiding the development team;
- Developing a clear model of how the stories provide value to the customer;
- Facilitate requirements gathering, story construction, backlog refinement, and prioritization;
- Defines the sprint objectives in collaboration with the team;
- Ensures that Stories are complete and accepted per the definition;
- Manages the prioritization of work and the team's backlog according to the agreement;
- Is accountable for Scrum ceremonies on the team;
- Defines sprint plans within the program increment;
- Works with the Architecture team to develop technical solutions;
- Maintains change management expectations to the vision and product roadmap;
