You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the way people transact digitally, ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient payment experiences for our customers.You will also be responsible for: Define the product vision and strategy for our Payout solutions, aligned with business objectives and market trends;Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to deliver high-quality payment products;Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities;Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data insights, and business impact;Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement;Drive product adoption and success through effective communication, training, and support initiatives; Main requirements for this position: Advanced English;Experience in product management, with a focus on payments or fintech products;Deep understanding of the payment ecosystem;Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams;Experience working in agile development environments;Demonstrated track record of delivering successful products to market, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction; What else would we like to see?
