This person will provide structure and governance to ensure that products achieve measurable success, drive value for the business, and transition seamlessly to Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
The role combines expertise in product lifecycle management, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement to ensure products are implemented successfully and sustained effectively.
Key Responsibilities Define and Evolve Product Success Methodology Design and continuously improve a standardized Product Success framework that encompasses success metrics, transition processes, and sustainment guidelines.
Align the methodology with business strategy and product lifecycle stages.
Portfolio-Wide Product Success Tracking Oversee the adoption and implementation of the Product Success Methodology across all products in the portfolio.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams, and Business Units to ensure alignment on success criteria and progress.
Dashboard Management and Data Insights Build and manage dashboards to track implementation progress, product health, and outcomes across the portfolio along with the data analytics team.
Analyze data to generate actionable insights, providing visibility to leadership and stakeholders.
Support Implementation and Transition to BAU Define best practices for the implementation and transition of products to Business-As-Usual teams.
Collaborate with support teams to ensure a smooth handover, documenting processes and responsibilities.
Product Sustainment Governance Establish processes and tools to monitor and sustain product performance post-implementation.
Identify risks and drive continuous improvement to ensure long-term product success and alignment with evolving business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement and Training Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment on success metrics and methodologies.
Conduct report meetings with the leadership to showcase results and progress.
Train and guide teams on adopting and executing the Product Success Methodology.
Key Metrics for Success Percentage of products with clearly defined success criteria and metrics.
Implementation success rate across the portfolio.
Time to transition products from implementation to BAU.
Long-term product performance alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to the methodology.
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and knowledge of product lifecycle tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
Leadership: Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to link business goals with product success outcomes.
Language: Fluent English (mandatory).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of supply chain or enterprise product environments.
Experience implementing or working within a Center of Excellence model.
Certifications in product management or operational frameworks (e.g., OKRs, Lean, Agile).
