**A Day in The Life Typically Includes**:
- Manage Support Relationships for a portfolio of hotel accounts.
- Create and maintain documents in our global knowledge database, both for internal purposes and to distribute to clients.
- Ensure familiarity with and adherence to Infor RMS standards and guidelines.
- Manage support relationships for a portfolio of hotel accounts.
- Perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.
- Develop and maintain an advanced knowledge of system functions (and corresponding interfaces) to become an expert on all Infor RMS products and modules.
**Required skills**:
- Hospitality professional with experience in Hotels, Resorts or Travel Industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Revenue Management or similar experience.
- Account Management experience.
- Clear communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to multicultural environments.
- Understanding of Reservation/Distribution Procedures and
Property Management and/or Reservation Systems.
- Confident with the use of computers (expert in Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Problem solving, reasoning, and analytical abilities.
- Basic mathematics, including the calculation of common statistics, ratios and percentages, and a working knowledge of simple algebra.
- Written and verbal language skills in English (and additional language preferred).
- Fluent in English.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity and understanding of hotel distribution.
- Bonus points for multilingual.
