AsProduction and Process Manageryou will be responsible for the production of chemical products based on biotechnological processes. The role also involves leading the process technology and supply chain teams. Main challenges of the position are focus on Safety/Health/Environment, Product Quality and Productivity. The position offers the possibility to interact with different stakeholders on a global level.

Your key responsibilities
Leading a multidisciplinary team of approx. 60people covering production, process improvement and supply
Preparation and control of the production program
Ensure that all applicable corporate norms and rules are followed
Ensure continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Work in close contact with Quality, Maintenance, Safety and Finance
Maintain close contact with corporate commercial teams
You Bring
University degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology or similar
Experience in process/chemical/biotech production or similar
Strong leadership, clear communication, result orientation and team spirit
Technical skills in process technology, automation and basic IT (as user)
Fluent or advanced-level skills in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
Availability to work on-site in Brotas is required
