Job Title: Production Assistant Job Description: The Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting the production team in managing influencer marketing campaigns, maintaining production workflows, and ensuring smooth communication between creators and internal teams. This is a full-time, fully remote role requiring candidates to be in the EST time zone. The company has launched a platform designed to help creators monetize their passions while offering brands a cutting-edge marketplace for innovative campaigns. Their client list includes global brands like Nike, L'Oréal, and eBay. With recent Series A funding of $10 million, the company is focused on redefining collaboration between brands and TikTok creators. Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST (With paid lunch break) Key Responsibilities: Creator Communication: Act as the primary contact between creators and the production team to ensure smooth, clear, and timely communication. Maintain Production Bible: Regularly update the production bible with important guidelines, resources, and campaign information. Technical Support: Assist creators in troubleshooting any tech issues during production. Asset Management: Oversee the proper uploading and management of production assets to the designated platform. Feedback Loop: Send feedback from the Content Manager to creators, ensuring it is actionable and constructive. Shipping and Inventory: Monitor and report the status of materials shipping for production, ensuring all items arrive on time. Ad Code Management: Distribute and manage ad codes for campaigns. Billing and Budget Management: Assist in managing billing processes and maintain the production budget, including creator fee management. Daily Reporting: Provide daily updates to the Content Manager to ensure effective communication with clients. Required Experience and Qualifications: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a production or influencer marketing-related role. Proficiency in Asana for task management and workflow tracking. Strong command of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) for collaboration and documentation. Proficiency on TikTok, including familiarity with its functionalities, trends, and platform dynamics. Language Requirement: C2+ Level of English proficiency. Preferred Skills: Experience with additional project management tools. Basic knowledge of video editing or content creation tools.
