Today, we continue to lead because we have a diverse, world-class workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.About the positionThis position is requested to support and ensure the management, review and organization of the production plan, control and monitoring of workers for attendance, absenteeism and vacation planning, as well as report management.Key Responsibilities:Manages and ensures all quality related items for the unit or shift are complete and documented so that established quality standards are met.Management of the production plan (creation, planning and translation with Industrial Eng support directed especially to the HC).Review and organization of production rates activity plans to run the lines.Monitoring of attendance and absenteeism.Organization of vacations.Production reports.Requirements:+ 5 years as a production Mgr.Professional education: Engineering.Advanced English.Knowledge in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, HC calculation and CSH standard hours costing.Time availability.We are looking for people who want to develop in the Operations area.
