Job Title : Brazil Localization Consultant
Location : Uberlandia, Brazil / REMOTE
Mode of Hire : Full Time / CLT
Responsibilities:
At least 4 years of experience as a Techno Functional consultant in any or a
few of the following tools - Mastersaf DFE, One Source Tax One, eComex, Comex Recof
Proven experience in Brazil localization
Business English is mandatory apart from native Portuguese skill
About the job:
Production support
Need to take transition from existing team
Address/Resolve user's issues raised via ServiceNow ticket within the stipulated time/SLA
Follow the defined processes
Collaborate with ERP (inbound/outbound) as needed to resolve issues
Prepare, Participate in status report/meetings
May need after hours support in case of critical issues (very rare)
In general no travel is expected as part of the job
Remote location based work is acceptable
Open to learn new tools, skills as needed on the job by leveraging their past experience, expertise.
