Activities: Assist in the organization and execution of events, including assembly logistics and negotiations with suppliers. Availability to travel between 3 and 6 times a year to coordinate on-site operations, resolve issues in real time and ensure the success of the event. Negotiate contracts, services and agreements with suppliers, hotels and other partners, always seeking the best conditions for the company. Act as a point of contact to quickly resolve unforeseen issues and challenges during the execution of events, ensuring that everything works as planned. Coordinate the logistics of transportation, accommodation and infrastructure for events, ensuring that all resources are allocated correctly. Ensure member satisfaction during events, dealing with specific requests and meeting their needs on site. Contribute to the creation of post-event reports, analyzing data and feedback to improve future processes and results. Support the monitoring and execution of operational processes, suggesting improvements that can optimize efficiency.
