The main purpose of this role is to support existing customers and to develop new customers for the company providing excellence in teacher training and teacher development services.

About the roleTogether with the Professional Training and Development Manager, the Professional Training and Development Consultant will need to pursue and develop new business for the company and to support our existing customers.
Key responsibilities include:Provide full support for institutions that use Cambridge materials and assessment.Promote Cambridge materials and assessment in all segments of the market, with special emphasis on the private school segment.Mark a strong Cambridge presence, particularly in events.Keep distributors' sales staff and promoters up to date with our publications and campaigns and develop a relationship with them.Support Exam and Prep centres.Gather information about the market and competitor activities, pass it on to Promotion Manager / Team Leader and share it with rest of staff.Deliver high quality professional development and materials training sessions to our customers.Work in collaboration with the Brazil Marketing Manager in events and marketing strategies.Manage personal expenditure in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with expenditure policies.Embody Cambridge University Press & Assessment values and ethics to ensure that all compliance policies are enforced.Report detailing sales and post-sales activities, competitor activity, product feedback and market trends.About youAs our next Professional Training and Development Consultant, you will have excellent academic and commercial awareness/acumen.
You will have experience of successfully delivering teacher training and development sessions in publishing and assessment.
