Responsibilities: Educate and care for children aged 6 to 7 years.Plan and teach English classes following the Maple Bear curriculum.Guide and assist children regarding personal hygiene and nutrition.Ensure the safety of children in the environment.Observe the health and well-being of children and provide first aid when necessary.Evaluate the progress and development of children and provide constructive feedback.Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create an effective learning environment.Participate in school activities and events that promote the school's culture.Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding relevant daily occurrences.Report any incidents or difficulties to the Coordination.Maintain discipline among the children under supervision.Track the daily attendance of children.Organize records of children's observations.Systematically monitor and evaluate the educational process.Participate in pedagogical and administrative meetings.Contribute to the improvement of teaching quality.Minimum Requirements: Proven proficiency in English at B2-C1 level or similar.Academic background in Pedagogy or Letters.Previous experience in early childhood education.Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment.Commitment to the educational principles of Maple Bear.Additional certifications in bilingual education and inclusion will be considered an advantage.A Maple Bear é uma das maiores redes de Educação Bilíngue do mundo, com sede em Vancouver, no Canadá, e presente no Brasil há 17 anos.
