We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level, ensuring alignment between the strategic goals of the company and the execution of various projects. The Program Manager will manage a group of related projects to deliver collective benefits and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Program Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple related projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives. Coordinate across projects to manage dependencies and optimize resource allocation. Executive Communication: Present program status, risks, and issues to senior leadership, providing clear, concise, and actionable insights. Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all projects within the program contribute to the overall strategic goals of the organization. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure these are met throughout the program lifecycle. Resource Management: Coordinate resources across projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. While Project Managers focus on single projects, the Program Manager oversees resources across multiple projects. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks across the program to ensure successful outcomes. Vendor Management: Evaluate, manage relationships with, and oversee contracts with external vendors to ensure they meet the program requirements and add value. Collaboration: Work closely with Scrum Masters and Project Managers to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Provide guidance and support to Project Managers to ensure alignment with program goals. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and practices. Provide oversight and coordination, ensuring projects deliver collective benefits and align with organizational goals. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management or a related role, including managing large, complex programs. Experience with vendor management is required. The ideal candidate should have experience overseeing multiple projects and coordinating across teams. Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders. Proficiency in program management software and tools. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. Attributes: Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture. Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
