The Program Manager will be the linchpin in maintaining the integrity and coherence of the program, driving successful delivery of change, and managing the interdependencies of projects.
This role is essential for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, setting and achieving milestones, and maintaining focus, enthusiasm, and momentum throughout the program lifecycle.Responsibilities:Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives in line with organizational strategy and long-term objectives.Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring new products or services are delivered in accordance with program goals and governance arrangements.Manage program budgets and funding, including writing funding proposals to ensure continuous service delivery.Proactively monitor program progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action as needed.Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify improvement areas.Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions.Produce accurate and timely reports of program status throughout its life cycle.Facilitate the appointment of individuals and third-party contributions to project teams.Manage risks, dependencies, and interfaces between projects to ensure the program's success.Work with business change managers on transitioning to the new business as usual position.Initiate additional activities and interventions to address gaps or issues within the program.Coordinate the creation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) through interaction with business and technical teams.Report program progress to the Program Steering Committee at regular intervals.RequirementsA sharp business acumen with the ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.At least 5 years of experience in project management, followed by an advanced management role, ideally with program management experience.Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, both oral and written.Proven proposal writing experience and excellent stakeholder management skills.Experience managing teams and knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams and motivate members.Ability to solve problems proactively and pre-empt potential issues.Strong skills in customer and business relationship management.Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary and distributed teams.Knowledge of budgeting, allocation procedures, and techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programs.Familiarity with program, project, and change management methods such as MSP, Scrum, and Kanban.Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and JIRA.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, time management, facilitation, prioritization, and organizational skills.Strategic thinking, effective delegation, clear communication, and a pragmatic attitude.Self-starter with the capacity to work remotely and independently, constantly learning, and finding solutions.Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality work and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.LanguagesSpanishIf you are a natural-born leader with a proven track record of driving program success from inception to completion, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at OSF Digital.
