In this role, you will work with some of the most passionate individuals in Alphabet. **Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of vendor relationships, including access control, onboarding, contract management (e.g., Amendments), and financial management (e.g., invoices).
- Coordinate with full-time employees on escalations, resourcing, vendor portfolio management, project allocation, and onboarding of new projects.
- Manage operational expenditure (OpEx) budget for vendor spend, including tracking and reporting on temporary variable costs spend and utilization, and ensuring accurate project code allocation as well as its related metrics.
- Lead strategic initiatives, such as Return of Investment (ROI) analysis and execution, in partnership with vendors.
- Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to enhance processes and support strategic decision-making. This includes automating and streamlining workflows, managing data hygiene, and developing reporting tools.
