A Brief Summary of This Position: We are searching for a highly motivated and talented individual for our open Programmer Analyst position supporting critical business applications for our Enterprise business applications. This Individual Contributor position will be responsible to develop, implement, and maintain technical systems and programs that enable our business to perform at the highest level. The Programmer Analyst will work closely with business analysts, senior programmer analysts, and business users to solve complex business problems. Essential Functions: This position will require the candidate willing to learn and become a full stack developer on new technologies and implement. Research, recommend and apply new technologies as they emerge feasibility analysis considering technical, infrastructural, organizational and economic aspects to alternative solutions and apply project activities including task identification, effort and duration estimates, task dependencies and sequencing, critical path analysis, resource assignment and evaluation, conflict and problem resolution abreast of and apply best practices in design, system development and production monitoring trends Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): Preferred Bachelor's Degree with 4 years relevant experience or Associate's Degree with 6 years relevant experience Degree in Computer Science, Or MIS, or Equivalent degree Three years of professional programming experience in Microsoft .NET technologies Three years of accumulated professional experience in the following areas: Web development technologies: JavaScript, JQuery, ASP.net, CSS, HTML, Razor, XML Database development experience; Oracle/SQL Server User interface architecture and design Integrations development and API programming Strong understanding of object-oriented development methodology Good understanding of Manufacturing industry process Proficient math aptitude; including trigonometry and geometry Ability and desire to learn the manufacturing and business process supported by IT Strong interpersonal communication and training skillsets Ability to work independently or as part of a team and Customer service oriented. Project and problem-solving skillsets. English Verbal and Writing proficiency.
