Job Purpose
Will be responsible for:
Comprehending the project scope and objectives.
Assuring that roles, responsibilities, and scope are known within the project team.
Planning and overseeing project tasks of the contract, from processing the procurement order through to completion.
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
Managing and monitoring the deliveries of internal stakeholders, checking if it is on time, on budget, and aligned with the objectives.
Tracking the project and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
Tracking costs during the process to ensure that project delivery costs are on budget.
Assuring that internal and customer procedures are correctly used.
Identifying and mitigating risks that can impact the projects (time, scope, and quality).
Managing and controlling all communication with customers and other company areas, including change orders and project changes.
Traveling to the field to follow up on the physical progress of the project when needed.
Job Context
Work under guidance but not constant supervision, participating in project management activities and supporting coordination between sales, logistics, operations, and the customer.
Make decisions regarding project budget and prioritization.
Work actively on subjects related to after-sales, quality, and warranty.
Plan and monitor project milestones.
Job Dimensions
The role will report to the Project Manager.
Key Accountabilities
These will include:
Project Reporting and Review: Draft project review reports and presentations to support delivery of the review process.
Project Handover: Manage the customer contract within the organization after handover from the sales department.
Customer Service: Carry out customer service activities, including handling customer complaints to seek swift resolution.
Product and Services: Manage, track, and monitor the warranty lifecycle.
Audit Compliance ISO: Maintain all ISO processes in conformance with the guidelines.
Stakeholder Management: Interact with the supply chain (internal and external) to keep the project aligned with customer expectations.
