This position involves taking ownership to lead the standardization and simplification of operation management methods across the Network, as well as the creation and improvement of new mechanisms.
It is an important role to drive continuous improvement without being satisfied with the current status.
Key job responsibilities
Monitor KPIs related to capacity utilization and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement in all aspects of operations;
Develop contingency plans to address unexpected capacity issues or demand fluctuations;
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, manuals, and documents;
Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools like Kaizens, Root Cause Analysis, etc;
Owning and managing change on a granular level;
Responsible for weekly Change Review Board with Engineering, WHS and stakeholders.
About the team
The Brazil Central Flow (BRCF) team plays a crucial role in optimizing workflow across fulfillment centers (FCs) through centralized and standardized execution planning, while still addressing the unique needs of individual FCs.
Their primary focus is on enhancing FC execution performance, DEA, and speed, while overseeing risk mitigation strategies and leveraging BIE reports for data-driven decision-making.
By striking a balance between standardization and flexibility, they work tirelessly to exceed customer expectations and achieve optimal results across the entire fulfillment network.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree;
Program or project management experience;
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL;
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
Speak, write, and read fluently in English;
Lean Six Sigma certification.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization;
Experience building processes, project management and schedules;
Experience with change management and capacity planning end-to-end processes.
