**Job Summary**
Responsible for developing project plans and driving the delivery of an integration project between technical and product management teams. Develop and track infrastructure project plans.
**Responsibilities**
- Create and be responsible for the master milestone schedule, keep deliverables on track, handle dependencies and escalations
- Understand and determine critical metrics and success criteria with the impacted functional areas
- Cultivate relationships in a matrix organization while collaborating with cross-functional team members to drive the execution of program tasks and deliverables. This is including, but not limited to, consulting with partners on program requirements, proactively seeking feedback to improve partner satisfaction with schedules, delivery and quality
- Create, assess and maintain a list of program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Know when and how to escalate to resolve complex issues. This includes preparing documentation for upper management to leverage and act on
- Facilitate product impact assessments, requirements definition, trade-offs, resource stabilizing, and change control
- Create, maintain and report high-level program/project dashboards and metrics
- Develop and deliver cross-functional programs for the Product Management and Engineering and Operations teams
- Engage cross-functional teams to develop and execute according to program timelines for critical project workstreams
- Identify and proactively solve for key risks and critical milestones; manage risks and issue resolution logs
- Work with technical project managers to plan for capacity, product global readiness s.a. billing, tax, legal, security, certifications
**Qualifications**
- Ability to obtain and communicate a broader picture but also get hands-on when needed
- Proactive mindset, can adapt easily to a changing environment, and has excellent time management skills
- Experience managing Agile development projects and programs
- Strong knowledge of essential tools, techniques and methods to finish any task
- Show respect for all levels in the organization - embody a professional and confident style but also be humble
- Great upwards management communication style
- Thrive in a matrix/virtual community that is fast paced
- Excellent communication skills - this is essential to being successful in this line of work
- Ability to multi-task; manage multiple, complex, short/long term projects simultaneously
- Infrastructure project management experience preferred
- Interconnection, networking, and software agile development knowledge is a plus
- Can do attitude, team player, fun and energetic, while at the same time being professional
- Experience working for an industry leading software development company with cloud, virtual and edge services experience a plus
- New product introduction knowledge is a plus
- Proven years experience preferred
- Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred
