Summary
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Project Intern to Join our team. This internship will provide you with a solid foundation in project techniques, customer relationship management, and process development.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist planning department to create the project plan and manpower planning.
- Be present in the area following up on critical stages of the projects.
- Support materials planning team, consolidating the demand x lead time x stock to assure that we have the resources to execute the project as planned.
- Update database for quotations.
- Create lessons learned historic base.
- Update data history in SAP for projects.
- Control the various documents and files related to projects in order to ensure compliance with the company's procedures.
- Support in the project completion phase, order closing and billing request.
- Participate on planning meetings and meetings with management team to present project status and critical actions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduating in Engineering, Administration or other related areas.
- English Intermediary.
- Commitment and willingness to learn and develop.
- knowledge in office package.
