We are looking for a Project Consultant to join the projects team.
The Project Consultant will be Implementing systems, improving the client's production processes, seeking best market practices and new clients and existing clients.
Education and Experience College Degree Completed Experience in project management/ implementation Experience in Swine Companies (Live Operation Process) Required Skills/Abilities Experience in technology Projects Language English and Portuguese Desirable Spanish Responsibilities Will contribute to building multifaceted enterprise and customized applications for a diverse and growing international client base.
Tasks will include: Requirements Analysis: Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating these needs into clear technical requirements for the project.
Technology Selection: Helping to choose the most suitable technologies for the project, considering factors such as scalability, cost, ease of integration, and alignment with the company's strategy.
Solution Implementation: Coordinating the implementation of systems, whether developing new applications, integrating existing systems, or migrating data and systems to new platforms.
Training and Capacity Building: Providing training to the client's team on new tools and systems implemented, ensuring that all users know how to utilize the new features.
Change Management: Assisting in adapting organizational processes to the new technologies implemented, ensuring that changes are well-received and effectively implemented.
Quality Management: Ensuring that project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards, conducting tests and reviews to ensure that the final product meets the specifications.
