Job Summary We are looking for a Project Consultant to join the projects team. The Project Consultant will be implementing systems, improving the client's production processes, seeking best market practices, and working with new and existing clients.
Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis: Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating these needs into clear technical requirements for the project.Technology Selection: Helping to choose the most suitable technologies for the project, considering factors such as scalability, cost, ease of integration, and alignment with the company's strategy.Solution Implementation: Coordinating the implementation of systems, whether developing new applications, integrating existing systems, or migrating data and systems to new platforms.Training and Capacity Building: Providing training to the client's team on new tools and systems implemented, ensuring that all users know how to utilize the new features.Change Management: Assisting in adapting organizational processes to the new technologies implemented, ensuring that changes are well-received and effectively implemented.Quality Management: Ensuring that project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards, conducting tests and reviews to ensure that the final product meets the specifications.Education and Experience: College Degree CompletedExperience in project management/implementationRequired Skills/Abilities: Experience in technology projectsLanguage: English and PortugueseTravel Requirements: Yes - Up to 30% of domestic and international travel requiredEEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is MTech's commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
