Position Overview Our team is currently looking for a Project Control Lead Services for a Major Client in the Oil & Gas company. This is a Project Control Lead Services role, so you will support the New Projects and Installation (NP&I) management on contractual/commercial matters. Assist in the preparation of support documentation for CFT (Call for Tender) processes following Company standard contract terms & rules and participate in the review and analysis of received offers. Follow-up and administrate several ongoing contracts during project execution. Prepare, follow-up, and control the budget for the NP&I Department, including various ongoing contracts, in collaboration with the Project Manager. Timely prepare the Project reporting with all project KPIs as per Company rules. Responsibilities & Essential Duties To adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior concerning the Company's "Code of Conduct" and HSE rules and regulations. Implement HSE requirements and safety culture within his area of responsibility (include HSE requirements in all contracts). To assist the NP&I manager and deputy during the preparation of the Partner Technical Committee Meeting (TCM). To assist the NP&I manager and deputy in the preparation and negotiation of change orders. To NP&I manager and deputy in the preparation and resolution of any claims from contractors/vendors. To assist the NP&I manager and deputy in contractual matters in collaboration with the Contract Engineer of the Supply Chain and Local Content (SCLC) Department. To assist the NP&I manager and deputy in the preparation of Ballots, Authorizations of Expenditure (AFEs), and letters to the Company Partners. To assist in the preparation of the support documentation of CFT processes required for the Company Field development by Company standard contract terms & rules. Participate in the review and analysis, evaluation, and negotiation of the received offers, including clarification meetings, in collaboration with the Contract Engineer of the Supply Chain and Local Content (SCLC) Department. Follow-up and administrate the Service Contracts (SPS suppliers /LOF, well intervention), the Procurement contracts (Umbilical, Flexible, SPS), and the Installation Contract (EPCI) for the New Projects and Installation (NP&I) of the Company:Planning review, progress review, check Proforma invoices/timesheet, and follow-up payments. Assist in the preparation of correspondences to follow up on the contracts. Verify that all required internal/external approvals are obtained before any external commitment is signed. Submit and monitor the service orders under the SPS and LOF service contracts (budget control, invoicing processing, updated forecast). Prepare and control the NP&I Department budget for review and approval by the Project Manager. To be responsible for cost control activities in coordination with the cost control leader, by monitoring contractual progress/milestones and validating proforma invoices. Responsible for the internal and external reporting of the NP&I Department. Report progress and update planning related to project activities of the Operated Asset in collaboration with the planning leader. To interface with other Company Departments (Tax, legal, HSE/regulation, Finance, SCLC, cost control) and Company HQ (DARAG, TGP, PJC). Support the Project Control lead mobilized on COMPANY on an AD/HOC basis. Accountable for the management of all the contracts required for the Project activities in collaboration with the Project Manager and other relevant personnel:Pre-Qualification, documents, CFT documents, documents analysis, issuance of RTA, Change Orders, issuance of service orders, budget preparation, assisting cost control activities, and reporting. Accountable for preparation and control of the NP&I Department budget. Accountable for the reporting of the NP&I Department budget. Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills) Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience:Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas projects familiar with deep offshore projects and with the administration and management of Subsea EPC and EPCI contracts. Engineering and technical background is a plus. Previous experience with the Company is preferred.
