Project Coordinator

LaFinteca , you will be a crucial member of the Operations team, acting as support for the planning, execution, and completion of key projects and operational activities.
Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact regarding project and operational inquiries, smoothing communication between the team, different stakeholders, and external partners.
Maintain project schedules and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion.
Manage project tools like Asana and Jira to track tasks, sprints, and deliverables.
Configure these tools to fit project workflows, ensuring they support planning and tracking.
Create and optimize dashboards and reports to monitor performance, including deadlines, resources, and budgets.
Integrate tools with systems like Slack to improve collaboration and visibility.
Administer and manage the company's knowledge base in Confluence.
Your Profile
1-2 years of experience in Project Coordination or similar roles (experience in Project Management is a plus).
Understanding of Project Management Methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Proficiency with Project Management Software such as Asana and Jira.
Proficiency with reporting tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Confluence.
Time management and the ability to prioritize are required skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Languages: English and Spanish – proficient.
